In the context of an OLCC, "course" refers to an intercollegiate course that is taught to multiple classes at different schools. So many classes can be taking the same course, here a Cheinformatics OLCC. The same lecturers teach the course to all the classes, which follow the same course syllabus, but each class is a unique set of students with it's own resident faculty facilitator, the instructor of record.
