There are some conflict issues with the lexicon module. In order to automarkup a word, you need to go to an editor,

and in the editor activate the "Mark Lexicon Terms" filter.
The PROBLEM is that this then places HTML code into emails.
WorkAround: I have the lexicon filter activated in "Full HTML" and not in "Filtered HTML", and now need to figure how to remove the "full html" option from the comment editor, but leave it in the "node" editor.
There are other questions/ways this could be attacked
- Does changing the wiki from CDK fix this?
- Should we use roles to limit peoples options? That may not work.
