I am a PHD (Chemical Informatics ) student at Indiana University Bloomington working with Prof David Wild at the chemgenomics and cheminformatics lab .Before joining here I was a Banker at State Bank of India. I worked as a permanent employee.I left my job for the passion for science and technology and joined IU. I used to work with OSDD as a freelance researcher and published couple of papers in Journal of Cheminformatics with collaboration with them. My area of research is mainly focused on network based drug discovery a.k.a Systems pharmacology. I am woorking on network based drug target prediction using matrix factorization techniques and random walk models.I also work predictive modeling on cheminformatics.I am an Associated Instructor for I571 Cheminformatics course and Data science for Drug Discovery taught by David J Wild at IU.
